Set-up Automatic Wordpress Backup
diyblog.org Using two free WordPress plugins I show you how you can set-up automatic backup of your WordPress database, themes, uploads and plugins. The plugins that we use are - WP-DBManager for database management and backup - WordPress Backup (by BTE) for theme, plugin and upload backup I recommend setting up the backups to happen once a week on an average blog or web-site.
